Returns Procedure
If you are sending goods to Almax easyLab for any reason, including chargeable repair or warranty repair please first telephone the appropriate office in your territory and request a returns material authorisation (RMA) number.

Please note that returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. 'The RMA number should be clearly visible on the outside of any package and a completed RMA form (which will be supplied to you with the RMA number) should accompany any returned items.

All items should be returned, transportation pre-paid to the appropriate office responsible for your territory.  Please mark the box to the attention of the Customer Support Department.

The repair process will not proceed without accompanying documentation. Should you need to contact us about a returned item please reference the relevant RMA number.
