ALMAX EASYLAB COMPLIES TO NEW EU RULES ABOUT GDPR REGULATIONS COMING INTO EFFECT ON THE 25/05/2018 BY UPDATING OUR PRIVACY POLICY, THE WAY WE COLLECT DATA IN EUROPE AND THE INFORMATION THAT WE PROVIDE TO YOU.

As many companies, the privacy of our customers has always been important to us and we want to be as open and transparent with you about the data we collect and its purpose. Changes in the EU in regards to privacy has encouraged our company to review our processes involved in data collection about you, as well as look into the information that we provide to you. Where necessary, we've made some changes to our website and updated our processes, providing a more precise understanding about how we collect and use data.
We have updated our Privacy Policy (available upon request), thus being more transparent concerning the information we collect notably when you purchase online some equipment and accessories from our company.

We have also reviewed our current communications to ensure that you can contact us to opt-out from our marketing activities such as promotional emails and newsletters.

In order for us to provide you with the best possible safe customer experience such as purchasing and shipping our products, we naturally have to collect certain information to assist us in so doing. The new GDPR requirements notably offers the right to EU customers be forgotten, meaning that you have the right to obtain from us the removal of your personal data from our system.
