Gasket Indentation Tools

The preparation of the gasket is a critical step for a successful pressure experiment.

We offer several tools and ancillaries which you might consider to ease the process in your laboratory.

The use of a gasket indenter is very convenient to prepare gaskets using this tool fitted either with WC dies or with diamond anvils.

Gearboxes are also available for some of our screw driven DACs. They offer the advantage of a uniform actuating of the pressing screws and a uniform and uniaxial application of the force on the diamond anvils.

Gasket thickness micrometer is often an overlooked high pressure tool in the laboratory. How can you know if you have indented to the correct thickness? Too thick and the pressure will not increase enough, too thin and you are running the risk of breaking diamond. You need this tool!
